Payment
options
- We accept all major Credit Cards & Debit Cards
via our secure server, which is operated by Card Service International (for more information click the Card Service logo).
- Paypal also provides an on-line option.
Payments via Paypal should be for the cost of goods plus applicable shipping
and handling fees and sent to polisher@englishcustompolish.com.

- Payment via Cheque or Money Order
You can select to pay by cheque or money order in pounds
sterling for the value of your order. Please note no goods will be despatched
until your payment has been cleared. All cheques & money orders
must be drawn on a UK bank & made payable to English Custom Polishing. Orders

Returns & Refunds Procedure
You may return any of the goods delivered to you within
30 days of the date of delivery. Returns must be made to our returns address
at your own cost and risk. Any sum debited to English Custom Polishing from your credit
card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible for any such
returned goods PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you
and received by English Custom Polishing in the condition they were in when delivered
to you, i.e. in saleable condition. Any goods delivered to you which
were damaged / defective or as of a result of our error, a refund of your
delivery cost will be made.
Any returns made, must be accompanied by an official
returns number, this is obtained by contacting English Custom Polishing directly using
the phone number below.
PLEASE NOTE :- NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNLESS AN OFFICIAL

Delivery Times & Charges
We use only premium, reputed national and international delivery companies. Most shipments will arrive in 4-7 days, however please allow 28 days (especially for tools).
All shipments are tracked. If you have any queries please contact English Custom Polishing by e-mail and
tracking information will be forwarded to you.
Shipping within the United States:
- Orders under $45: £8.00
- Orders between $45 and $99.99: £12.00
- Orders over $100: £16.00
Shipping to Canada:
- Orders under $45: £12.00
- Orders between $45 and $99.99: £16.00
- Orders over $100: £20.00
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is 5% for residents of Maine. All other states (US/CA) are exempt.
Order Chasing Enquires
For order enquiries please contact English Custom Polishing via e-mail
stating your full name and address, the order number (if applicable), the date the order was placed and
method of how it was placed. I.e. via fax / secure server.
Privacy Policy
English Custom Polishing does not sell or trade any of your personal
details to third parties. You may, from time to time, receive other information
from English Custom Polishing as a result of our order processing information. This
information is used solely by English Custom Polishing to improve the service we provide
to you. In addition, you will always be given the opportunity to remove
your name from our automated mailing list.
English Custom Polishing may pass on some general statistical information
about our user base, sales patterns and so on to reputable third parties,
but these details will not include information (e.g., e-mail addresses) personally identifying
the individual account holders.

SHOULD YOU DISCOVER THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN USED
FOR AN UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION English Custom Polishing WILL REFUND TO YOU THE MONEY
IT RECEIVES PROVIDED THAT:-
- You inform your credit card company and English Custom Polishing as soon as you
discover it.
- You
co-operate fully with both your credit card company and the police.
- You co-operate fully with English Custom Polishing, Card Services and its shipping
agents.
Applicable Law / Courts Of Jurisdiction
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with U.S. law, and the U.S. courts shall have exclusive
jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Liability
Once any of our products are paid for and delivered into your custody, you the
purchaser, become the rightful owner, and in doing so assume all responsibilities
regarding proper use, storage and disposal of the the product.
Whilst English Custom Polishing will happily advise on how to use tools, polishes
and accessories correctly, English Custom Polishing accepts no liability for
damages arising from improper use, abuse, neglect, storage or disposal of any
items that we supply.
Trademarks
All trademarks, product names, logos and company names within this site are the property of English Custom Polishing. Any use by persons other than those authorised by English Custom Polishing may be deemed to not be in the interests of English Custom Polishing and may be subject to prosecution.
Misuse or reproduction of trade marks, product names, products, logos and company names belonging to English Custom Polishing may lead to civil action where English Custom Polishing would press for assessed losses, all profits that offending parties may have gained by their actions , maximum punitive damages and all legal fees.
Ownership and Title retention of Products
All goods ordered from English Custom Polishing remain the property of English Custom Polishing until paid for in full.
Trading Terms
All terms stated above constitute the trading agreement between English Custom Polishing and the customer. While English Custom Polishing reserves the right to alter and amend the website in any way we see fit, and reserves the right to change the prices, products, services and terms listed on the website as necessary, and with out prior notification, it is up to the customer to keep informed and aware of their rights and responsibilities at all times.
